Privacy Policy
General introduction
This privacy policy is provided by us TMG and by the Issuer (ICCCU). This Privacy
Policy includes examples of the types of nonpublic personal information we and the
Issuer collect and the kind of companies with whom we and the Issuer may share such
information. These examples are illustrative and should not be considered a complete
inventory of our information collection, use and sharing practices by us or the
Issuer. In addition, you may have other privacy protections under some state laws.
Please note, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your independent relationships
with other companies who may, from time to time, offer you products and services
in conjunction with
ATIRApay SM card. Such companies’ privacy policies will govern
how they collect, use and disclose personal information that you choose to allow
them to access.
Our commitment to privacy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide
this notice explaining our online information collection and sharing practices and
the choices you can make about the way your information is used. To make this notice
easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally
identifiable information may be requested.
The information we collect:
In order to provide you with the products and services you have requested,
to service the ATIRApay
SM
Visa®
card, and as we and the Issuer deem appropriate to
determine your eligibility for products and services, we and the Issuer collect
or reserve the right to collect the following types of nonpublic personal information

- Information about your transactions with us, with the Issuer, with our affiliates,
or with others, such as Account balance, payment history, parties to transactions

necessary by law and to complete any orders you may have placed with us.

customers the opportunity to receive information regarding cardholder updates, special
products and promotions. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties unless
required by law. You can register with our website if you would like to receive
updates on our new products and services.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and

Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything
that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, unless required by law, we never use or share the personally identifiable
information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above
without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such
unrelated uses.
Our commitment to data security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use
of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial
procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We and the
Issuer also restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those
employees whom we and the Issuer determine have a legitimate business purpose to
access such information in connection with the provision of products or services
to you. We and the Issuer maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards
that comply with federal standards to guard nonpublic personal information about
you.
Our commitment to children's privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that
reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually
know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under
13.

whichever one is making changes, will provide current customers with a revised notice
that describes the new practices.

to requests from law enforcement agencies or state and federal banking regulators.
We or the Issuer will disclose information to third parties about your Card
